getting there ...
There's no straight shot from Dinosaur National Monument to Arches National Park, so I go back into Colorado to head south. This is a photo of some of the twisty-windy mountain land I drive through. The reason I stop at this overlook is not for the photo, but to let my car, who's suffering greatly from altitude sickness, cool off a bit.
Here I am back in Utah. This is the scene outside my window. This is pretty much what all the I-70 scenery looks like.
