Cuyahoga Valley National Park is the preserved area around the Cuyahoga River and the Ohio & Erie Canal, a canal built within and along the river to connect Cleveland and Akron via waterways. There's a second page of pictures in this section, so don't miss the "NEXT" link at the bottom.
I start my visit by hiking on the "tow-path," which was formerly used by work animals towing boats through the canal.
