These first five are from the Mammoth Hot Springs Terrace, a cool spot I didn't get to explore last year, so this year it's on my must-see list.

This last one from the Terrace, I took on film, and I love it.

Back in the historic town area of Mammoth Hot Springs, the Elk are hanging out as usual.  The park ranger keeps folks from getting too close.

A nice film shot of the historic Roosevelt Arch at the North Entrance, the park's first entrance.  They built it because they thought the nation's first national park needed a grand entryway.  And it is very cool.  Not only did I not see this last year, but I didn't even know about it.  It's a pleasant surprise as today I say goodbye for a while to my favorite place in the world.
