My favorite Outer Banks photo (and just one of my favorite photos), is from January, 2005 ... when, ironically, the weather was much better! It hadn't made it onto my website, because I tend not to publish failed dates on the internet. It fits nicely here, though. It is a view of the Atlantic from Pea Island, which is a National Wildlife Reserve.
